The Peter Wojtecki Foundation for Veteran Assistance is looking for veterans who reside in Darien, New Canaan, Norwalk and Stamford who need help with their rent or mortgage or any other expense determined to be basic to life need.
Documents required are proof of honorable military service, proof of residency, copy of bills for which assistance is requested and financial statements.
Completed application must be submitted in the Fall, preferably before Thanksgiving.
Interviews with each finalist are required.
